Mark Jackson - Operating Partner
Mark Jackson is a husband and father of three kids. He has spent the last 20 years in the banking, consulting, and operations. He is an alumni of Indiana University, the University of Chicago and the U.S. Peace Corps.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys shuttling his kids to various events and sporting activities. Once upon a time, he was a long-distance runner.

Jess Doyle is a proud alumna of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Chick Evans Scholar and specializes in employment and employee relations for Centennial.
Her superpower is listening to our employees and loves intervening to help when issues arise.
In her spare time, Jess enjoys trivia, reading, and taking her dogs out for walks in the woods.
Jeff Beseda - Operating Partner
Jeff Beseda has spent the last two decades in the world of finance and accounting. He went to Indiana University as well as the Europaische Schule fur Betriebswirtschaft in Reutlingen, Germany.
He is an avid Chicago sports fan (go Cubs!), and can be found playing soccer every Thursday night with his buddies in an old man league. When he’s not cheering on his favorite teams or kicking a ball around, Jeff enjoys watching movies (his favorite is Hot Rod).
Glenn Solan - Finance & Accounting
Glenn is a chartered accountant who has spent over 30 years working in public accounting. For most of his career, he focused on advising businesses undertaking M&A activity.
He attended the University of East Anglia, and can spot business trends before they start to impact.
When he is not crunching numbers, Glenn is a part-time pig farmer and loves nothing more than listening to music and watching soccer.
Haley Doyle - Marketing
Haley Doyle attended The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and graduated with a focus in Advertising.
She has a strong instinct for digital marketing and how to use technology to create compelling stories. Haley loves learning new things, and will try her hand at any task that is thrown her way.
She also enjoys finding new food places all over the city of Chicago. Her second Instagram account is dedicated solely to pictures of the food she finds in the city.
